Research and DevelopmentTS&E can serve as an annex to your R&D Department. Design and FormulationTS&E recommends and formulates new synthetic greases for private-label sale by our clients. Lubricant design is driven by your customers' needs. We offer hands-on experience in a variety of industries, including aerospace, automotive, desktop printers, high-intensity LEDs, household appliances, power tools and semiconductor chip manufacturing. Small and Large Batch ManufacturingTS&E manufactures the lubricants we formulate for our clients — whether they need quantities measured in grams or tons. Our modern kettles produce PAO, ester and polyglycol greases. Our floor-mixers produce silicone and PFPE greases. TS&E also offers ultra-filtration services for any grease or oil. Ultra-filtration removes even micron-size particulates, essential for lubricants in extremely small, fast or sensitive applications. Ultra-filtration also "smoothes out" agglomerated thickeners in grease, to help prevent clogging of automatic dispensing systems on the production line.
